Pioneer DEH-P41 (help!)

i dont know where else to look for help with this...

k, so my friend's car stereo (Pioneer DEH-P41) got messed up in a way that the only button that doesnt work is the right arrow.

to skip a stupid story, all the sound is balanced and stuck on the left side of his car.

i've allready given the thing a quick glance, but is there a settings reset switch or something that could put it back to zero?

any help would be awesome.

sounds like more of an issue with the wiring. thats where you should start.. like the speaker wires.

IF he adjusted teh balance to the left, and the "Right" control is no longer working, the only option will be to remove power from the deck for a minute or so and reset it back to factory defaults.

However, without the "Right" control function, it may be difficult to re-setup the deck fro his/her personal taste.

factory defaults, this is exactly what i was looking for.

yeah, I adjusted it to the left, and without the right button, it stayed there.
