Just curious man, have you ever bluetoothed to this unit and saw if the metadata showed up? I have a older 2011 80prs with the software update but it doesn't show like my 2012 dex-8500 bhs did I know that it should be the same but idk if the added something maybe to the newer models when they shipped them with already updated Bluetooth firmware. Just paired it with my iPhone 6 and it does in fact show the metadata ... I've always used the auxiliary port so I didn't know this!
