first install, need some guidance

my h/u came with my car, I didnt pick out this pos. If the factory speakers are all hooked up to it, how do I connect my amps? How do I know which wires are the factory speakers to pull them? Im so confused, I thought I would just be able to plug my rcas in and it would work. How do I hook up the remote wire?

do you know where i can find a diagram of what all the wires are? I checked pioneer and the installation manual and the operations manual dont say
