Pioneer da120 active crossover settings/install advice

Quick question: I about to install one of these carplay head units in a small sports car that only has one set of component speakers. So instead of using crossovers, can i do the following:

Wire the tweets to the front output

Wire the mids/woofers to the rear outputs

wire a sub to the sub output.

The use the built in crossover abilities of the head-unit to set the crossover and attenuation.

Has anybody out there done this or set this up?

If so, what settings did they use??
