Pioneer CD player problems, HELP!

I have a newer (year old) DEH 1500, it just started not playing, the CD is playing, but no sound, it kicks in and out (radio does the same) like there's not sound, and the subs just hit (not with the music) like extra noise is going to them... but that only happens when the music plays... Anyone know what's up? Is this common?

I use Waze on my 1500 NEX. The one time I did have issues I had to delete weblink and redownload it. I have location to "while using" on weblink app.
