Ok, well I went to a authorized dealer and he convinced me to look into and get the avic-n2 than the n1. He said the n2 loads faster (navigation). I know the security with bypassing so that can be taken care of, but then no warranty. I know avic-n2 wasnt made for strictly audio thats why they have a 7600 which is very nice. So do you think the avic-n2 is really worth it? Its nice to have a little navigation once in awhile. He also said the alpine iva-d310, well alpine in general is not good, since when updates you have to buy a whole new unit when pioneer software you can just upgrade, which really means nothing to me. Avic-n2 graphics layout look pretty plain and not animation. Do you think its something nice to have?

Does this guy even sell Alpine? dont listen to salesmen.. the d310 can be updated just like the pioneer ones if Alpine felt the need to update the firmware.

the alpine screen is lightyears ahead of the pioneer screen.

**** animated. but the d310 and n2 you can upload your own backgrounds...

i'd only buy the N2 if I needed GPS..

definately do not buy the 7600 a peice of shit i tell you. shitty screen.

Buy the d300 or d310 if u dont care about GPS by the Pioneer if you care about GPS..
