Pioneer AUH-P3200BT Best touch screen for $350?

I am getting ready to purchase the brain to my system. I was going to get a Kenwood X993 but while looking the touch screens caught my eye. Specifically the pioneer AUH-P3200BT. I was wondering if anyone has had any good or bad experiences with them. I have about $350 to spend, is there anything else i should be looking at?

The divx and bluetooth are really cool features.
