Pioneer 9800BT

I recently purchased this unit and am trying to upload videos and pics to it. I can't make it work... The unit says that it is uploading...the bar goes accross the screen and it says its done. The process takes almost a minute. When I check, nothing is downloaded... Please help because Pioneer customer support is useless!!!

HA,Ha,Ha.... just letting you know that once you do start to download files to the 9800/980bt it takes at least 15 minutes or more!!!
