Pioneer 9400BH or Pio 8400bh

I currently have the 9400bh and was thinking of going to the 8400BH 2 din DVD unit. Question is how would the two compare sound quality wise? Would the 8400bh sound close or better than the single din 9400bh I'm using right now? Any thoughts would be appreciated. Thanks all.
