Pioneer 860mp install problems

Ok I connected all the wires accordingly to there respective colors on the wire harness then snap them into plcae. I cut the car on only to find out that it doesn't cut my headunit on. Whats goin on???

is it possible that the ground connects to the wire harness or it has to go to a part on the metal frame of the vehicle..

you can just put it to part of the car if you want that is how i do my head unit

Thanks for your help turns out it was a blown fuse..
