Pioneer 80PRS Setup Help

So I just finished redoing pretty much my entire system and need some help getting the 80PRS to sound it's best. I have it on network mode currently and have tried Auto EQ/TA and the Time Alignment was pretty dang accurate but the AutoEQ is where I feel like it ****** big time. I didn't expect much, maybe a base. The highs seem to be out of control, they are either too bright or they get drowned out, I can't find an equilibrium. The bass is perfect, but mids can definitely be improved on. I haven't touched the the Crossover/Slopes yet because I'm a little unsure on what to do with those and those are what I need help with the most. So if anyone can steer me in the right direction to learn slopes/crossovers on this HU that'd be awesome and maybe some tips on tuning it in.

Also - Is there a way to go to the next song/mute without using the remote?

I'll go check some videos out now. That's what I've been doing so far but doubted they would have crossover/slope explanation and I couldn't find anything about song switching in manual. I kept trying to push down on it lol

Button to switch songs still doesn't work, doubt I'm doing that wrong. Can't get the highs to be tame, especially on punk songs. Not really sure where to go from here. If someone is in Virginia and would want to meet up I'd be glad to drive to you and maybe pay a little money for help tuning. Would be greatly appreciated.
