these pioneer Hu work good with the ipod hooked up to it nice clear sound better than cd's I think and you use your remote to operate the Ipod thats the cool part no extra remotes or a lot of cds

How is your ipod hooked up to your headunit, I know many ways of doing it, just wondering how yours was hooked up.

to hook up the ipod i used the CD-IB100II it works like a charm and the pioneer remote controls the diffrent play list you add to the Ipod I have old skool rap new rap etc....

oo cause i read that the ipod controls are different from the 680 or 780

not sure it should work the same once you have your Ipod pluged in all you do is click your source button until it reads external and thats where your Ipod come in at
