Pioneer 4600, nag screen comes on EVERY 5 seconds, parked/moving/etc.

I keep getting the following screen:

I've yet to install the "parking brake" wire. I did try splicing it to my ground (used to be effective in letting you watch movies while driving), but I understand with these newer units, you have to install some sort of switch.

I'm at a bit of a loss, any help here? Apparently I've installed something incorrectly.

I am using a software bypass on my Avic-6000 that I found on Avic411.com.

Ground the PB wire and then follow the directions on this thread and you should be good to go.
