Pioneer 4200dvd with all add ons or z120bt?

Have the 4200 sitting in front of me and the z120 due in Thursday. Was gonna use the 4200 and add in all add ons except hd radio. Enabled me to get Sirius add-on for same price as z120 without Sirius.

Looking at all these modules it seems like a big pain to install everything and ordered the z120.

Are there any significant differmeces between the two? Also had seen a review online about the 4200 having issues with too many modules plugged in. Any insight to this?

Vehicle is an 05 silverado with an existing system.
