Pioneer 12inch sub

Hi guys,

I'm thinking of installing a sound system in my Civic EH9 '94,

and was wondering is a "MTX THUNDER AMP 3401 VGC" a

good enough amplifier to power a "Pioneer 12inch Subwoofer 1000Watt"?

Sorry im noob with audio, i just want a good bass (techno, rap) and

dont want my car to die due to electrical issues.
