Only "problems": Top picture- the port doesn't look straight

Why didn't you round them cornerz? Just curious. I'm sure you'll be fine it's just a cautious move to round them off.

yeah, you need to make sure the port is straight, and also, you couldve gotten away with about half as many screws.

the subs get here wensday and my amp will be here friday so next weekend i hope to be done

the port is square and straight what do you mean less screwws i figured more screws and glue the better

screws are pretty much just there to hold it in place until the glue dries. i just use clamps instead

you dont use any screws

you dont have to. properly glued joints are stronger than the surrounding wood

Screws have their uses in some cases. A glued joint can separate if the MDF surface tears off in layers (which it can be prone to do sometimes) and that wouldn't be as likely to happen with a screwed and glued joint.
