Dude for budget, the rims ****! Why are you bringing up expensive rims. You could have gotten something else for a little more. Yeah it may be more than a 100 bucks, but would have looked a lot better.

I would put the stockers back on ASAP!

Nice...Looks like its beating. Quick question though. How big is that port, and do you have any port noise with it? I'm thinking of going 2 15's ported firing forward and trying to see the minimum port area i can get away with.

there wasnt much available. it was these for 150 or the next step up would be about 400-450 which is too much for me at the moment. There wasnt shit for sale used in the 200-300 range that were better than these and fit my lug pattern. i searched online and around many local shops and didnt find much. Eventually i'll resell these for 100 and get something better.

on the bright side this is encouragement to resell these sooner than i was planning and save up for something better.

no port noise at all. i dont recall the port specs off the top of my head as i bought it prebuilt locally from a ca member in a crunch and needed it gone. got the box for $30. solid *** box. double baffle front. well braced. 45 degree angle pieces on the port turns. after the suspension broke in a bit the sub was singing nicely.

i would keep the 18 and go up to 4kw and a soild electrical backing....thats just me.... your box might be a little big for that much power. but if you're careful with the gain you'll be fine. otherwise i'd do around the same tuning but a little small on the volume, then double the power.

i agree. bot sure if i want to spend the money on a drop kit, better rims, or an ho alt. prrrrooooobly going with the ho alt unless i can find some nice rims for cheap.
