its tuned to 30hz.
i cant remember the actual length, but its fairly long. i had to use a PVC elbow to get it to the right length and make it fit in the box.

Oh OK, I see it now. I almost got an IDQ for $50 shipped but my friend decided to keep it. Awesome subs and it looks like you put it in a nice home.
