Gas, propane and lots of it! If electric, then you better be able to handle a very high electric bill.

It's electric and it just isn't worth it to turn the heater on. Way Way WAY too long. I think my dad was saying if he runs it for 2-3 hours it might warm up 1 degree or so lol. I love the pool as it has a fountain, slide and diving board and during the spring my parents have a lot of plants behind the fountain but man it take a while to warm up. Oh well great for swimming laps as it's just under 25m in length.

Mine was as an actual question, DB knows his chit with pools. I can post my kitchen/dining room in my new house but there isn't much there. Holiday drain the booze lol.

8 1/2ft at the deepest and I think 18m at the widest. They thought about a solar cover but 1) the shape is really odd and 2) as you already said it's freaking huge lol. I'm going over for my mom's b-day Saturday I'll take pics just to show you what it looks like. No not braggning about my rents chit just showing the pool genious.
