Forget the rotozip for cutting circles... Get a cheap jigsaw from Sears, they work so much better. Not perfect but better than a rotozip by far.

well i have a jigsaw...but what happened was i let my friend borrow it, the blade got so hot when he was using it that it is bent at an angle...so my circle wouldnt have been the right size...so i opted for the roto zip this time...but the jigsaw is the way to go
