40 inches in Length, 20 inches from the seat to the hatch, 20 inches tall...

im debating on the port? if i do should i do one or 2? it i do one how long should the port be in inches?

whether you put one port or two depends on what the surface area of the port is, I'm assuming your going to go with round ports in which case your going to need a decent amount of 4" ports or i guess 2 6" ports. also the length is dependant upon the volume of the box after displacement and also what you want to tune it to

i want to tune the box t0 36 hz... its 20 inches deep... i was going to put the port straight down the box.. i just wanna use one.. around 6 inches of port would that be enough for both subs? how will i tune it?

one 6" port is only 28.26 sq in. of port area which in my opinion is far to small. I would go with at least two 6" ports

Are you going to do any bracing? That is a huge box and I am guessing that a few braces would be a good idea.
