*PICS* (2) 15" SSA ICON's in 8cuft @ 35hz with 87sq.in. of port

I believe Mr. Jism man did an install in his dakota without fuses. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/fyi.gif.9f1f679348da7204ce960cfc74bca8e0.gif
and people gave him hell for it //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/fyi.gif.9f1f679348da7204ce960cfc74bca8e0.gif
That's why I said indeed.

Wow, that build took a long *** time.
Did you do anything else other than a box/amp/1/0 install?

nG
LOL, it wasnt really work all 18 hours, this included sitting at a computer for a few hours making the design, going out for food 3 times, making a few home depot and walmart runs to get some tools etc. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif Normally I can but together a box like this in a few hours, but this one I put alot of time into making each cut perfect. Sanding the port took a while too.

Ya, tomorrow we install another fuse after the battery, just like the one we installed up front...

Pretty slick install, especially with that cargo bin deal.

18 hours? i took a hell of a lot longer than that on my truck, but i'm a pothead procrastinator, i'll work for an hour, take a 2 hour break....

hell of a nice install btw. patiently waiting for video //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

Below is a short video of the setup. The camera is 7 years old and doesnt show near the amount of flex that there actually is, the subs are not even close to there full potential yet. Im going to get a new digital video camera soon that will pick up the cone movement much better. By that time they will be broken in and the gains will be set accordingly.

Anyways here is the vid, enjoy...

The crazy irony about the video is, while they were making it and posting it online I was driving right past this building:
