p.s. If you use a ring terminal fuse holder you can use the same fuse holder for the rear battery input and output to the subwoofer amplifier.

from batt to batt is fused or course, and we are adding the second batt fuse tomorrow! I would never go with out fusing such a set up, lmao.

It sounds great! it's a very clean, but powerfull bass. I was very impressed with it to say the least. This is the 1st time I've heard bass that not only sounds great, but gets loud as hell too.

I've ran 12" MTX 9500's, 12" JL w6v2's, 12" Type R's and a 18" BTL in the past. Out of all of these setups I've had the SSA ICON 15's sound the best, but my 18" BTL that had 3700rms on it did get louder, but didnt have near the same SQ.

Our 1st test run with low gain settings on the amp was enough to flex the windshield and all the body panels of the Sante Fe.

So i guess there's a hide-away cargo area that the box fits into...

Yep, that hidden cargo area is great!, it's 45"x26" and 8" deep so there is room to make a huge box, we fit in 8 cubes and still kept it under the seat and window line.

It's hard to compare, but when the BTL had the planet audio vx2200d which was giving it just under 2krms I'd say these 15's are equaly as loud, but when the BTL had 3700rms from a RF Power t30001bd the BTL was louder.

Most of the time I can get a box together in a few hours, but this system took a long time. About a full day to get the box designed, wood cut and routered, amp installed, and box built.
