Picking an alarm

Hey, I'm going to be wraping up my car stereo setup pretty soon and I need to invest in a good alarm. I heard vipers are the best but when I went to an alarm installer they said m11's are the best. I have no clue who makes the m-11 or any specs on it. Anyways, I want a good alarm with remote start, windows up on arm, two way remote/pager, and anything else that'd help secure my setup. My price range is up to 650 including install. That'd be about 500 for the actual alarm. Any recommendations? Thanks!
