Phone call won't play through bluetooth audio?

But they can hear me through the built in microphone.

I have a Pioneer x5800BHS in my 2005 Chrysler 300C.

It does it on any phone connected to the stereo...

Playing music from youtube to to the stereo via bluetooth is fine, but as soon as I answer a phone call from bluetooth, I can't hear them through the speakers nor the phone, apparently they can hear me though.

Any ideas what's wrong?

You may have to turn the bluetooth volume up on the head unit. Usually when a call is connected you can adjust it.

Tried that, volume changes but no audio
