Phoenix Gold OCTANE or JBL 1200.1?

Well I think I messed up my JBL 1200.1. It would have been my error. Great amps for the price... well I was thinking of upgrading. I dont have much money, well no money at all really, just a credit card. Dont have much left on it. So here it goes... im looking for an amp that does atleast 1200 watts at 2 ohms. Budget: Cant go over $250. So what do you all think of the Phoenix Gold OCTANE R15.0:1?

The Octane series is junk sadly somthing to offer the bling side of car audio rather then true good perforamnce like the tantrums . Even the Xenons arent very good.

The crossovers are bit weak local dealer has had quite a few returned due to issues with them .

Octane is not junk. It's directed torwards the import scene. My Q to you is, Do you/have you ever owned one? A lot of people are talking about what they hear or read. They have no first hand experiance. The XENONs are every bit as good as the older lines. THAT'S A FACT!
