Has anyone heard the PG TX6.5 comps before? I did a search and came up with nothing. How would these compare to the new xenon series comps? I can get them for cheap from a friend but i am skeptical on how they sound.

How cheap is he selling them for? The xenons can be had for roughly 100 shipped, and will have better midrange, and handle more power.

He told me 110 for them. I have 150 watts rms to work with so the xenons would be a better choice? How would the xenon 6.5 compared to the Orion P6.2 comp set with the same power?

Ive never heard the orions, so I cant vouch for them, but for 110 you will be better off buying a pair of the xenon 6.5s brand new rather than your friends comps.

Try audiosavings on ebay. I have had the best of luck when dealing with them, and they also offer a 1 year warranty. Never had any problems with them.

get the xenons...i just instlaled mines today...im amazed on how much improved ive had on my other speakers

lol @ $150 shipping. I live 15 miles form ikesound so i bet i could just pick them up if they have them in stock. Will have to give them a call tommorow and see whats up. Oh and BTW turnstyles how does the tweeter sound and what do you have runnning them?

Not turnsyles, but I can vouch for them. The tweeter is one of the smoothest ones Ive heard to date. Its very laid back, but it can get loud if needed. I have 100 going to each from my 200.2, and its more than loud enough. You wont be dissapointed.
