Id go with the phoenix golds. I have a set in my car and they sound way better than anything ive personally heard yet, and the tweets arent harsh at all. They sound good considering im running them off the HU (pioneer 4000ub) One of my friend has type S components in his truck which are 40-50$ more than these and we both agreed mine sounds better than his, so id say theyre the better choice. The HU and eq also makes a huge diff though as well.
