PHD any good?

Ok guys,Im just now getting back into the car audio forum again.Ive been browsing around and seeing alot of PHD,and of course Audiopoop.I see it referenced in alot of SQ threads,so what I'm asking is,is it good ish?Anyone have experience with them?How was the sound?and so on..Ive always been into SQ/SQL and planning to get some components and gonna be looking for a 4 channel in the future.Input greatly appreciated.

Phd is very nice. They are from Italy an have been around for sometime. They just started having products in the states last year. Again very sq oriented equipment
