PG RSD12 enclosure

I have 2 12" RSD's I am going to use for a temp setup, but I have question.

I am going to trade this local guy my old single 12 ported box for a dual 12 sealed box so I dont have to go buy one, but he says the chambers are 1.85cubes each in his box. Would this work for a PG RSD 12 or should I ask him to grab something a little smaller? It sounds a little big, but I have heard that the RSD's are pretty versatile with enclosure sizes. He said he could go by a couple shops he used to work at and get something smaller if need be, so let me know what would be best.. PG has no enclosure specifications for the sub on their website.

Installation

I called Errin Keeling at Phoenix Gold, who turns out to be the guy who did the final in-car listening and enclosure recommendations. So, Keeling would be the correct guy to ask questions to when it comes to this subwoofer. I asked him to give his recommendations on the proper size and type of enclosure for the very best in sound quality when using the RSd12. He recommended a 1.8ft3 sealed enclosure. He stressed that the RSd12 would work in any sealed enclosure that measured from 1.2ft3 to 2.0ft3. Many of you may be thinking, "Man that sub takes a BIG enclosure." And you would be correct, IF you believe it when the other subwoofer manufacturers tell you their 12" sub will work in a smaller enclosure.

I frequent the PG Phourm, and the RSD's seem to be most at home in larger then average sealed boxes. I think you will happy with that size box you listed.
