in Manhattan i believe it...i see people on bikes just going through red lights and shit no one cares

Mine is $1200/year for my ZX-1000. The bigger the cc, the higher it gets. My 636 was only $800/year. And both bikes were '06s.

The bike I have is a great starter bike its comfortable and affordable as well. Kawasaki Versys it is a great bike and it has plenty of pep PLENTY. The bike goes for 6000 plus some brand new. Just to let you know I am 20 and I think she pretty fast. The only bad part is you have a nice system in the car but darn you want to take this bike instead I always pick the bike over the car and every time I ride it it puts a smile on my face.

The Ninja 250R gets recommended a lot, maybe the Suzuki SV650, Suzuki GS500F...

i started on dirtbikes but my first street bike was a ninja 250 great starter bike you get a feel for everything
