people that work out/supplements??

arnge krush 30 min before work-out 2 synthesis-6 shakes a day, 1 muscle milk shake a day and a TON of grilled chicken and water

you don't HAVE to have any supplements to get huge or cut

 
ive tried like all the legal supplements DHEA tribulus terestris glutamine amino acids BCAAs ZMA obviously multi vitamin. best one on the market is "animal pak" the worst sh1t is CEE when it fist came out in its so called unflavored worst tasting stuff in the world gakic is bad to

 
i hate the word MAINTAIN when people use that in the gym i want to smack them. those are the people who just come in theres so they can say that i went to the gym today and did did nothing

Definitely gaining muscle. My arms used to be skinny as $hit, and I had no chest. Now I'm gettin pretty big for what I used to be. I mean along with all I've been eating and the shakes I'm sure my body fat % has gone up a bit as well, but not much.

As for the ab exercises. I've tried it all. I dont limit myself to a few exercises. Every day I switch it up and I do 3-4 different exercises per day for abs to work different parts (upper, lower, obliques, etc). What I've actually been trying lately is a lot of weighted stuff for abs. If I do leg raises, put a medicine ball or weight between my legs, or use one of those weighted ab crunch machines you always see at the gym. Believe me, my abs are rediculously strong, its just weird that they've NEVER changed appearance. My top two abs are really defined, the middle two are so-so, the bottom dont pop at all. I know the leg raises/flutter kicks are supposed to work lower a lot but it hasn't done jack for me.

ya those people annoy the shit out of me...be consistent thats all i ask..and not once a week consistent

No such thing as *spot reduction* wrt to fat. All the crunches, leg raises, ab blasters in the world won't get rid of a "pudge". Drop the BF, drop the gut, simple as that.

Technically, you can do no ab work at all and still have a six-pack, though I don't recommend that (for core stability purposes).

zing...ummm then... its has to be the increase body% for guys most fat goes to lower gut...so that is the only explination...im the opossite...i had a gut and since my body fat % has been going down i havent been doing more or less ab excersizes but but abs are pokin out to see whats up //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif
