people that work out/supplements??

Hold on, I take that back. I'm looking for ANYTHING...But swimming. I know the whole "You shouldn't be embarrassed to exercise since you are actually doing something about your weight" spiel, but I do not look remotely good enough to do swimming yet. I understand it's about as stress free on my ankles as I'm going to get though.

well ya....the point is to usually get ur muscles to feel like tingling..there ripping and re growing
yes when you work out (weightlifting, biking, etc) your muscles are "ripping" that is why it is wise not to work out ever day and is really smart to take a 5-7 day break per month to let you muscle completely heal. when you go back sometimes youll find yourself...i guess i could say...stronger.

No. Your muscles grow outside of the gym, not in the gym. It's not based on "feel"... that's what I keep saying over and over.

Gym time provides the stimulus, nutrition and sleep provide the growth.

You are talking about micro trauma, which, theoretically, may occur. But, there are MANY more avenues of stimulus other than that.

Do a quick search on hypertrophy vs. hyperplasia.

He's correct though, all they are is powder based forms of milk. So buy friggin milk and drink it and if you need to gain weight learn to drink a shit load of it.

And eat some chicken and other dead animals. You guys and all your crazy "magic" pills & shit //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crazy.gif.c13912c32de98515d3142759a824dae7.gif

It may be "hard" to cook healthy food, but if you're going to bust your *** in the gym then make the commitment to eat better and get more rest, otherwise you're wasting your ****ing time...

Just a simple multivitamin and GNC's Mass XXX for me. One shake in the morning, one before the workout, and one afterwards. Eat a ton too. I'm 5 foot 9, and at the beginning of the summer I weighed 132 pounds. Now I'm 158, and doin pretty good for myself. Put up 205 on the bench twice the other day. Big improvement from like.. I dunno, 150 or so only one rep when I started. I'll probably have to start cutting up soon though. I have low body fat % but I've noticed a little more of a gut than normal despite the TONS of ab workouts I do every day (and I lift 6 times a week). I have to flex to see definition in my stomach. Can't get the bottom two abs to pop either... anyone have any tips?
