I have a 2001 Tahoe. There is no 3rd seat, so i have a bit of space. Im looking for more SQ than SP and i was curious if a single 12" Q could do the job or if i should look into the BL's?

Depends on power. I actually liked the Q much better over the BL. Specially for SQ and low end ability.

if you're dead set on Fi, get an 18" Q and seal it in 3-5 cubes...good sq there.

explain this FI IB thing to me I no not wat it is ive not seen it is it new or old

anyway I have BLs and while they are great in the SQ deprtment they are the best ive heard my AD vipereas were better but overall the BLs make mor sound bigger thumps and generally sound cleaner crisper and just better than the others ive heard from shops im having some subs made that should be nice however they will be for australia only and not really SQ based but still good i think most have said it if sq is you thing get the FI Q and fully load it

i have 1 12'' q and i gets plenty loud enough i prefer it much more than a bl. imo u should go with a 15'' q and make the box about as big as possible tune it low and be happy.

IB woofer is a 15 or 18 that we came up with for the HT crowd, and a few people who have trunks in car audio applications who prefer an IB install..
