I used to work a messed up shift and if you woke me up I turned into the incredible hulk on a mission to kill.

If it's late and you are in a residential neighborhood and blasting it you are a prick.

People do work and I know you wouldn't want me to come and blast a airhorn in your bedroom when you are in a deep sleep.

motorcycle exhausts arent more than 110db. My bike is probably at 102db ish and you can easily hear it from a half mile away... probably a mile. I can't see a harley even with straight pipes being over 110 wfo.

I agree that they're nowhere near 160, but they are definitely above 110.

put it this way... we had an Exhaust DB contest at my old school... most of the straight pipe muscle cars were doin 140-150 at about 3-5ft away from the pipe...now you gotta consider thats "outside" the vehicle...not inside, and at a much higher pitch than bass, so its gonna be louder to listeners... i've heard bikes over 3 miles away late at night when they are racing down the highway

i crank it if im in the hood or something but not in the nice areas. the nice nice areas i do just because they have to much money lol... i set alarms off all of the time... if someone can set mine off good job your loud.. i really dont care if someone drives by with it cranked i say cool but im louder... i have to get up at 5 everymorning but it doesnt bother me one bit..
