PDX question

Can the speaker channels on the PDX-5 be bridged? Woofersetc. and other sites show that it can on their spec sheets but the official Alpine site doesn't say. I really need to know before I buy one.

hmm. i looked in my owners manual and it doesnt look like it can be bridged.

100% sure...I have done it. You use the + of odd # channel (1 or 3) & the - of the even # channel (2 or 4).

Then what's the point of buying a PDX-5? Why not just buy a 4.150 and get the same 150x2 and 300x1?
