anyone ever had theyre transactions 'held' and investigated before? trying to sell someone a computer buy paypal wont let me have the money or give it back to him. anyone have this problem?

he may have filed a complaint against you? otherwise, i dont know. i do no in most cases your ****ed out of the money...

no he didnt file a complaint, were still talking about it. he said he's emailed them asking them to let the transaction go thru. it happened because he has an unconfirmed address. theyre doing it in my favor, trying to prevent me any losses
