paypal question

i have the regular account now but i think i wanna upgrade to the one that gives you a debit card so i can do stuff quicker. as of now between bank an paypal transfers are free and they take 3% off what comes in from anywhere else. what is the difference between the accounts i kno paypal has a history of not telling customers stuff so are there any hidden door fees in the premier account??

No fees that I know of other than using it at an atm to get cash I think its 2$ plus whatever the atm charges but to make purchases as debit card there aren't fees. I have the premier with debit card.
