Paypal question??

I sold Bad95GT a touchscreen (kenwood kvt911) over a month ago. they sent me several pm's saying that it wasnt opening. i talked to the guy i bought it from on here and he talked to the buyer for me. i didnt know what i was supposed to say since i never put the deck in my car. couple days later the buyer pm's me and says everything is fine. it all works and our deals good.

now the bad shit

paypal sends me an email 3 weeks after our deal saying our case is under review. im a little confused since i dont know what there is to review. they ask me to respond so i explained my side of the case to paypal. i didnt know what to say so i just said the buyer had a problem that was resolved 3+ weeks ago. end of story.

so i just got another paypal email today saying that the case has been resolved..and i owe $250...

WTF?? what am i supposed to do now? i was like..completely left out of the case and not informed at all. even now idk what the problem was..and they want me to pay $250? for what??

Paypal is gay. I've been selling stuff on ebay for about 3 years now and unless you have documents and whatnot to prove the seller is lying about whatever they say (and even still you gotta just be lucky)......then they side with the buyer.

Get in touch with him if so. If not, get in touch with the buyer.

the person i was talking to for help is manosteel916. great seller and helped me out. the buyer is Bad95GT...and i dont have $250 at all. i got fired and i got a red light violation. i have $14.42 in my checking account...

bad95gt is a scammer lately it seems has a lot of similar probs and not shipping stuff

call PP everyday about this. Do you have the tracking numbers for the shipment? Did you ship using PP? Call and harass them about this everyday and every chance you get. do it 2-4 times per day. They will get it off you, it will just take time.

......or just open another PP account with another CC/Bank Account

i would call ur bank and deny the transaction pp is tryin to put throu until it is resolved n u get the deck back and resell it tro give em their money

i have a seperate bank acct on pp just for that reason there is 0 funds in there as soon as it hits i withdraw immediately

well i called paypal today. first they said if i can provide the tracking number i can get my money back. so i call ups and get the track #. i call pp back up and give them the number. they say...ok its lookin good, but oh wait, the case has been closed so theres nothing we can do sorry. im like..wtf??

they recommend i request the money from Bad95GT and hope he gives me the money back. i said..so its up to some random person ive never met before to give me my $250 back after u paypal people took it out of my account and gave it back to GT?? thats the stupidest thing ive ever heard.

so basically i have to plead to Bad95GT to get my money back

they will only give him his money back if you have money in your account.
