paypal problems..need some quick help

it says my balance is $75.25 but it also says my spending limit is $0.00USD...why?...it says to lift this limit please verify your acct. well im not adding my bank acct. to it so is there any way around this other than adding a credit card?

wtf...ive never had any problems before....but i think i dropped the cards from the acct. since then....so basically it is stuck in there?

u have certain amount each month. like when u withdraw u have a 500$ limit unless u tie in ur bank, and credit card

i think that is if you have a paypal credit card. if there is money in the balance you can spend that. i got a paypal debit card, and if someone buys something and i want the cash i just go to an atm.it's a regular check card. although if you over withdrawl on the card you'll have to pay paypal back. they dont charge over fees ither

i think for like 2 bucks paypal sends you a check for how much money you have in your account.

You can add an acct and deposit into it, or send it otu for payment for something, either one

problem solved...i just refunded it to CELLERBR who sent it to me and he sent it to BoominBeast for me....thanks for trying to help though
