Paypal Info

Hello all,

I have a little problem making a payment, i normally used my Debit card to make payments with my paypal account, but i cant remember that account info,

i created a new account but Paypal will not allow me to use that card there,

they are saying the card had been used in another account and they wont let the payment go through.

Any help on what i should do.

You WILL have to call paypal, and get your old account info. It's as simple as them asking you a few questions to validate that it is really you. Make sure you know the phone number that coincides with the account.

Cancel that card, and get a new one. (This is ONLY if PayPal will not remove the last account.) If not, go with Qben's idea.
