I will make sure that is included in the mods' discussion. But I will say that that is a loop-hole I doubt will affect the decision, as again we mods must accept responsibility to maintain a safe environment for transactions for our members, and to be frank, I dont think the fact that you didnt scam a "CA member" is overly relevant to that decision. I find your flimsy excuses to justify stealing $1000... disturbing.

Your opinion on EBT cards is irrelevant. I think you've said all you need to say to allow the mods to have a discussion on what to do about this. I also think Ive made my feelings clear enough by now, and the only thing left is to allow us to discuss it and decide what to do.

The only other thing I wish to say is, as a mod here, I take the responsibility of maintaining a safe trading/selling/buying environment here at ca.com seriously. Hopefully you can understand that, no matter what the outcome is. I dont mean to make this sound like some life or death decision Im sweating over, but I want everyone to know that the best interests of the member community here is the ultimate factor.

I, or one of the other mods, will post the decision when it is made. I see no reason for me to comment further here until that discussion is completed.

UPDATE: paypal called my home............after a few discussions I paid them back.....its was no big deal,I wanted to see how far it would go.

However they are full aware that they have flaws in the system and they guy admitted it...I mentioned that not only did I loose

money but so did they on this deal by playing mediator to crooked buyers and thats exactly what I had .......

Do your paypal deals as CASH/GIFTS and you wont have any issues.......

I just stop using PP. No way am I buying something and sending money as a gift. That leaves the buyer open to shady sellers. No thanks.
