I sold some parts brand new for 1000 bucks.........

Well the kid gets them and cant figure out what he bought so he puts a claim in to paypal and now paypal wants me to refund the money saying the parts are not as described -assho

and wants to send them back for a full refund and paypal wants to give him his money back and LOOSE their own fees and play GOD.......WTF,I never offered a warrenty and they were BNIB

but what ever,It was my mistake for not askingh the buyer to send the money as CASH or a GIFT

So a few days before the returned items reach me I closed my bank acct and closed my VISA card that was back up for the paypal account now they CAN NOT get my cash any longer.....so I get the parts returned and paypal hits my account -971.00 in the red........and its still that way now 2 weeks later,the thing still reads -971.00 ! ! !

........So I open a new paypal account under a new email addy and begin my normal activity's of buying and selling parts (not audio related)

I ended up reselling the 1000 parts I sold and I still have the first 900 bucks from the first sale....

I have won,paypal is stupider than FK Paypal is in the red 971 dollars, not me I am up 2000 dollars and I have a new paypal addy

IDIOTS..........They will never get my money and playing God is bad for business,who even is in charge up there should be hung........

Exact reason I hate PP they always side with the buyer even if it’s obvious the buyer is in the wrong. You did exactly what I would have done closed all accounts and let PP pay for their ignorance. I might would feel alil bad about keeping all the money. Might look like you scammed them and some will see it that way so be ready for that. I just couldn't keep someone elses Money no matter who's it is but to each his own.

Well the good news is I did not scam anyone,but just the opposite I think he tried to scam me...

I even called the MFG and they said they would warranty the items and make sure they were 100% tested before they reshipped if the kid wanted but the moron did not want any of that.......

Whats wrong here is you can buy something,use it then change your mind and ask paypal to do the dirty work ? WTF !

The buyer would not return my emails nor respond to me product questions he just wanted out...

Paypal looses 1000.00 here ,im walking away with double ,eventually some auditor will run the numbers and ask them hipsters at paypal WTF are dummys doing!?

I wouldn't brag too much. At a minimum, expect Paypal to turn you over to collections and your credit report will take a hit. Worst case, they sue you and get a summary judgement against you without even taking you to court. The next thing you know your wages are garnished or you don't get your income tax refund. Make no mistake about it, Paypal plays extremely dirty when you cost them money!

take out a loan I cost them zero THEY cost them 1000

......They have no leg to stand really,they made this move not me all they can do is try to ask me for money and they wont

and FYI my credit report is protected by me and it stands with a 789 score -

You'd be amazed at what information Paypal has or can obtain on you. Were you a verified member? If so, they have all they need to do what I stated!

EDIT: They may not do anything to you because the dollar amount is so low. Regardless, don't be surprised if they throw a smackdown on you just days before the statute of limitations runs out.

You'd be amazed at what information Paypal has or can obtain on you. Were you a verified member? If so, they have all they need to do what I stated!
