I agree paypal many times does not act ethically. But I do not agree that two wrongs make a right. You owe them the money, stop pretending to take the high road. Nobody sent you a box of rocks or socks, the items were sent back to you, which you subsequently sold for the same amount you wanted all along. The double-wrong was when you decided to keep both payments.the problem is PAYPAL........when you buy stuff you pay cash (gift),pussiz that want insurance that what they bought is perfect so they can use it and ask paypal a week later for a refun........ITS BS,and return me or someone a box of SOCKS or a ROCK instead of what they bought.......SCAM O RAMA........Ebay and paypal both favor the wrong side! Paypal playing god is not only something Ill never get involved with again but they are SO stupid because they
give up the fees they earned on the deal........THAT IS BAD BUSINESS........The MGR over their should have his head examined......
As for them giving up the fees they 'earned', I guess you would be less mad if they sided with the buyer in your deal, and STILL kept their fees? Right. Come on man, you are smarter than this, man up and give the money back.
