Reason why pot should not be legal:
It's usage in public cannot be regulated. There is no way to prevent someone from getting stoned while driving, at work, etc. You can give a drunk faggot a breathilzier. You cannot tell how much some dipshit with red eyes has smoked.

Blood tests...Not saying that would be legal, but it works.

Thing is it is easy enough for them to find a way to test it. Breathalizers came out because of a need to regulate alcohol and driving, they would think of something for pot easy enough if it was legal. I don't see a need to regulate it in public, but if there is I'm sure they could just ticket you and the govt makes even more money in the end.

wrong... the way a breathalizer works would never be suitable for marijuana... there really is no viable means for testing, besides a blood, pee, or hair test... which in itself, for just suspision, is illegal

I'm not talking about using a breathalizer to test for weed, I'm saying they could easily come up for a way to regulate it, obviously that would have to be done prior to legalizing it. I bet they could make something similar to a breathalizer for weed, science is pretty amazing course I'm not smart enough to figure out how to regulate it so I leave that part up to others. I'm just saying I think if the govt wanted it done they could get it done.

"Random" drug screenings have been deemed illegal. Employers do not have rights. The employees have taken them all.
