The place my company uses u don’t get to even zip up as soon as u reach line u open up metal door in the stall and place sample shut door they take. Males are not allowed to sit down while giving sample, must empty all pockets and you are timed. Maybe not every place is like ours but these lil ideas yall are suggesting would not work at our place. Maybe he gets lucky and it’s a junk IDC kind of place but if it's one 1/5th as strict as mine then sry just don’t go cause you will get caught

short answer... cuz the govt cant really control the way its grown, and therefore, cant properly tax it....
but, it is illegal, which just kind of falls into the "shut up an color" part.... if you want a good job, most likely you wont be able to toke up... not that big of a sacrifice, if you ask me

Then you go ahead and keep hanging your head low and going with the crowd. It's the people that stand up and ask why that initiate change. It's only illegal because MEN decided it should be, which means all it would take to make it legal is enough men to decide it should be. The government could control and tax it, they've been doing it for a decade in California and I don't see them spiraling out of control anytime soon.

Contrary to popular belief it is possible and quite easy to quality control marijuana. There's already labs set up in California doing just that. (Testing for pesticides and whatnot as well as testing THC content)

California isn't that different, it's still apart of this union and is actually doing quite a bit to help the rest of the country by setting an example. They are the shining star of what a successful marijuana industry can do. It's they're biggest cash crop and the government makes a TON of money of it. There's no reason that same model couldn't work in other states. In fact there's 16 states with medical now, if Cali hadn't legalized it when they did I bet that number would be a hell of a lot smaller if any at all.

i'm not getting into the classic, "legalize pot!!!!" debate... all i'm sayin, is you can get all the pot heads you want, to chant the same old chant... but it will never fully be legal. i can see more states going for medical... but never fully legal

Why does any of this have to do with being young? You know one of the primary demographics of pot smokers is senior citizens? Elderly people with disabilities/pain/ailments who smoke for pain relief must be stupid too?
