So my 15 year old sister said I stabbed her with a pen while we were fighting. But the thing was, she was stabing me with a pen, and went to push me and stabbed herself in the hand. I have stab marks on me, and she has one little barely anything mark on here. Mom called the 5-0 and I have a court date for this Monday for a charge of Battery to a Minor, a class D felony. ive never been in trouble, never had a record. And i smoked this past month and some resin last night. Do they DT while i go into court? do i go to jail or get probation? how would I pass a dt here? and would they arrest me when i go in? i think they are just reading the charges and asking me if i want an attourney or not.

ok, for 1, your not going to jail, 2, your most likely not even going to get DTed and 3 if your going to school for criminal justice so you should know these things, and worse you'll get if you actually get convicted is probation. are you going to municipal court?

No in Indiana its either Superior Court (little shit) and Circut Court (Bigger Shit). Mine is in Circut court. The hearing says "Infromation for Battery on a Child, Class D Felony". Like I say, ive never been to court, never been in trouble, got stopped for speeding and a tail light out. thats it. Idk if they will give me 6 months and suspend 3 for probation or what but im freaking out ere because i cant go to jail if im going to be a cop. and my dad said they will drug test me most likely when i go in, but idk. its jsut a hearing and they will give me a court date later i think. idk ive never done this before.
