Parts for MEMPHIS M1 modular woofers (discontinued)

Is it possible to find parts for these (modular) subs ?

I bought a pair of Memphis M1 SVC 10" woofers from a local dealer thats gone out of business. I dont have the reciept for the speakers and I cant find where to buy parts for the subs.

It is possible to rebuild these with any parts that guys build these custom woofers out of ??

Btw one speaker is kinda of making a pop/tap noise @ high volume. Not real bad but you can hear it if you get close to the sub.

I think I messed it up when it was in another box (cheap @zz box) that wasnt sealed perfectly.

TUrned the subs over yesterday and remembered it was defective lol
