Parking break is down by the drivers kick correct?

If so, if you can get down there, you'll see there is one wire that is on the back of the parking brake. Should read ground when engaged and nothing when disengaged.

Some Jensens are weird, though. I've done a few where the switch simply won't work unless the switch is also hooked up to the parking wire for the parking brake.

Yeah, I did one yesterday.

Make sure the ground is on the "ON" and the wire from the HU is on "OFF".

Start WITHOUT a DVD in it. Make sure the switch is in the off position when you turn your car on...

Now, turn the car on... put a DVD in... and slowly do the "ON/OFF/ON" sequence.

Worked for me yesterday.
