After 10 years of marriage, my dad and his wife called it quits today. She is packing her shit and leaving this weekend I'm assuming.
Their marriage has been on the fritz for a few years now. Apparently they couldn't work things out.

I'm relieved because I know my dad is going to feel much better not having this burden over his head, staying in a unhappy relationship. So I think it's the best for him. Neither one of them has been happy for years. They got married in MI, moved down here 5 years ago, and that pretty much killed an already shaky marriage. She misses her grand children up north, and her brother and dad are dying, and her daughter just had major surgery.

Sucks for me because I have to chip in $300 a month for bills, but I really can't complain. I've been living here rent free for over a year now, and I don't mind helping out, so its all good. Honestly, why do people get on an CA site and let us know their personal problems with themselves or their parents? I don't get it.
